As per Regulations, The  employer has the duty of care to ensure that the electrical installations, machineries and appliances are inspected and maintained to ensure that they are safe.

We believe that every installation should  be inspected on a regular basis, however the frequency will vary depending on the type of installation. An office may need to be inspected once every 10 years while a workshop may need it every 5 years.
